A dynamic facilitator with over 25 years of experience in education in three different countries. Change enabler having led and/or been involved in multiple pedagogical and technological initiatives. Master’s degree in Education. Recipient of the Chancellor’s Award for Outstanding Faculty of the Year at Dubai Women’s College. Recipient of eLearning Award at Dubai Women’s College. Designed and administrated online learning courses on various LMS systems. Published 3 editions of Introductory MS Office textbook for non-business, non-IT students. Designed, published and maintained a SharePoint site for college and departmental use including main college SharePoint portal redesign. Designed syllabus, testing and course materials, for E-Learning environments. Initiated, organized, and moderated computer based instructional methods and materials including electronic portfolios, and bulletin boards. Trained faculty across own campus and 11 other colleges in use of technology. Liaised with Educational Technology department on technology implementation and planning and how it impacts of teaching faculty and students. Key member in the move to a laptop based curriculum across college campus.
