With an earned reputation of being a Career Equity Expert, a dynamic public speaker, published author, creative alternative dispute resolution specialist, certified mediator, diversity and inclusion advocate, successful entrepreneur, and a dream cultivator to implementer champion, I have built my professional career on a platform of delivering focused-oriented training, mentoring, and career equity consultation to individuals, groups, and organizations. My clients include military veteran organizations, spiritual institutions, small and large business entities, mid to senior level executives, police departments, academic organizations, local governments and various entertainment enterprises. I have developed and mastered a unique and systematic approach to engaging the dynamics of the career equity solution. My expertise and knowledge base of the Human Resources Discipline, EEO principles, laws, and regulations are a qualitative and quantitative result of years of training, education, and hands-on experiences. Using this knowledge and experience, I authored a book, “Five Must Know Tips to Protect Your Job”, that offers guidance and resource information to individuals desiring a better understanding of the rights of both the employee and the employer while in the workplace.
