Provided program support to the Product Manager (PM) Global Support System Army (GCSS-Army). Serving in the Deployment Operations Center (DOC) Analyst, and provides visibility and control of the day to day operational functions of fielding at Army Installations worldwide. • Assist in the planning, coordination and execution and execution of the PM-GCSS-Army Wave 1 fielding mission from the PM GCSS-Army Operation Center. Assist PM GCSS-Army Material Fielding Teams in executing their missions in the field by communicating with Chiefs of Installation, solving problems, communicating with the prime contractor's Cutover Control Center and other organizations, as required. • Plan, coordinate, execute and track business area requirements per site visits. Manage and Coordinate fielding tracking reports in support of the fielding schedule milestones. Support Chief of Installations (COIs) during multiple site surveys/visits until final site is complete. • Ability to work in a team environment with a variety of professionals while at the same time working independently, with minimal supervision. • Represent the Deployment Operations Center at all briefings, prepared to answer questions and provide input. As an Internal Operations lead 1 oversee the maintenance of multiple calendars of significant activities of the Logistics Division and senior leaders within the Division.
