With over 9 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, I am a results-driven professional with a strong track record in launching, managing, and growing restaurant brands from the ground up. One of my most notable projects was leading the end-to-end launch of MAiSEN Indonesia, a premium Japanese Tonkatsu brand. I was directly involved in every phase — from operational system design, team recruitment, SOP development, to building a unique brand ambience that aligns with Japanese dining standards.
