8 years experience in the Clinical Research industry focusing on patient recruitment through marketing and call centre activities. I have transitioned into a more strategic role focusing on Communication, Recruitment, Regulatory/Legal Compliance and internal management of the team across both EMEA and the US. My philosophy is never give less than 100% or don't even bother and this is what I apply day to day The satisfaction of a job well done and enjoying what I do is what gets me up each and every day. Seeing on a daily basis what we do and achieve makes me very proud to be part of this amazing team and company. When it comes to my work, I am a perfectionist but at the same time I don't set unrealistic expectations for myself. Having a good sense of humor helps especially for those days that things don't go quite as planned. Navigating the changes and hurdles along the way has taught me to be adaptable and flexible. Being part of a small team means pulling your weight and supporting your team no matter what. Showing up on a daily basis with the right attitude and drive and never allowing myself to become complacent. I tackle challenges head on and don't let disappointment get me down.
