For your kind consideration, I’m granted M.Sc. Degree in Agriculture/Livestock Science from Debrecen University, Hungary/Europe on June 23, 2012 and B.Sc. degree in Animal production and Rangeland management from De-bub/Hawasa University, Hawasa/Ethiopia in 2005 G.C. More so, I have developed 15 years of experience in managing food security, Agriculture and livelihoods programs and projects both in governmental and international NGOs. Currently, am working for CRS as Economic Livelihoods Tech-nical team lead /Program Manager II-Economic Livelihoods) for USAID/BHA funded five years Resilience Food Secu-rity Activity (RFSA). I also implemented a five-year USAID, DFSA and Feed the future livelihoods resilience where the two projects overlapped from 2017-2021. Before this, I worked as Agricultural Marketing Specialist-CARE Ethiopia, Senior Livelihoods Program Officer-GOAL Ethiopia, Food Security and Agricultural Program/Development Facilita-tor-World Vision Ethiopia, Livestock science instructor in Agricultural technical vocational training college & Animal science expert and head department at Ministry of livestock and Fishery development. Indeed, I have relevant edu-cational qualification and dynamic combinations of professional experience in managing Livelihoods and Food Securi-ty programs & projects with multiple thematic components such as Food security, Agricultural produc-tion/productivity, climate smart agriculture, private sector agro dealers engagement, Nutrition sensitive agriculture, on farm (crop and Livestock) Livelihoods Pathway and off farm Livelihoods Pathway, Value chain and Market system development, Wage Employment Pathway (WEP),business opportunities, PSNP livelihoods cash transfer and Rural Micro finance(VSLA/SILC),IGAs, access to formal financial services, Youth employment(self and labor),Business skills development with strong skills of technical leadership, interpersonal, communication, facilitation and team building skills.
