As a highly accomplished leader in the retirement services industry, I excel in managing both new and established teams in achieving operational excellence and delivering on all client requirements and contract terms. Throughout my career, I’ve directed all aspects of on- and offshore call centers and operations teams, working to optimize the management of investments, reporting, sales, and conversions.I recently provided strategic leadership for the opening of a new call center in Puerto Rico, overseeing all aspects of planning, procedures development, and the hiring and training of new team members. I’ve also partnered with client leaders, risk teams, IT, and other stakeholders to setup new departments in India, including establishing security protocols, risk management strategies, and controls.In addition to team building efforts, I made a positive impact on operations and cost savings by leading automation initiatives and developing solutions/process improvements that were adopted companywide. I was also instrumental in positively positioning Vanguard’s 403(b) offering competitively within healthcare and higher education segments. I earned my Bachelor’s of Finance & Strategic Management at Temple University. My additional credentials include Investment Foundation Certificate from the CFA Institute and Qualified 401(k) Administrator through the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries.
