Working as Administrative Officer from Dec 2022 to till Now. On regular basis Supervises and assists in the direction of a major Drilling Department & assists a senior official supervises a number of subordinate staffs in the development of operating procedures & Responsible for providing administrative support to drilling rigs like Drilling materials, chemicals, logistic, Transportation etc confers with him on matters affecting personnel, policy and other administrative problems. Preparing regular reports on expenses and rig office budgets & Preparing presentations and reports using statistical data, Manage and maintain appropriate logs and records in accordance with Various policies, standards and procedures. Organizing an efficient filing system for maintaining confidential and important company documents & Provides administrative and clerical support to them and also manages their queries. The ultimate goal is to ensure the daily administrative procedures of a company run smoothly and efficiently. Determine the KPI’S to monitor supplier quality performance, identify problems in the procurement process and resolve them in a timely manner & reported to Sr. Administrative officer. Attend and participate in all pre-tour, post tour and weekly safety meetings & Meet set objectives and KPI’s for the team and individually. Budget Management- Monitor expenses, allocate resources wisely, and adhere to budgetary constraints to optimize financial performance.
