I began my career in the financial services industry in 2001 as an Financial Planner Administrator and have worked my way up to qualified status in the financial planning industry. When my first position was held as a Financial Planning Administrator at First National Bank, I was offered an internship at Absa Bank (Barclays), where I achieved top intern status in the entire KZN region in South Africa. On completion of my internship, I was offered better prospects by a large corporate insurance company (Discovery). Thereafter I was offered even better prospects as an independent financial planner at an independent financial services provider, where I could offer advice and market all risk/protection, investment, post and pre retirement planning with all the major insurance and investment companies. I remained employed by this company for 6 years before deciding to move to the UK in August 2015. I truly believe I would be an asset to any company which is looking for an honest, reliable, self driven and hard working individual. In all my roles held, I have been responsible for full administration and compliance control in addition to the financial planning and advice duties, of which I have always been fully compliant and effective in all these fields.I am a hard working, self disciplined and motivated person who constantly strives to succeed in any area or task under my responsibility. I am a dedicated employee who believes that honestly and integrity are key factors in developing and maintaining good and successful relationships with clients and fellow colleagues. I strive to grow and develop myself in any role I hold, to ensure ongoing efficiency and professionalism. I work to promote the reputation of any company I represent. I believe in working hand in hand with all my superiors as we are all building and developing our own successful lives as well as the company we are working for.
