About Desiree Kramer

Desiree Kramer is The Acheson Group's Vice President of Operations, and brings over 14 years of experience in administration, operations and leadership roles. Prior to joining TAG, she worked for the Minnesota Department of Agriculture, along with various private organizations where she specialized in administrative and professional management. As the Director of Finance & Organizational Development at A&S Transportation, her previous role focused on process improvement, financial forecasting and leading operational teams to success. Desiree currently leads business strategy development for The Acheson Group (TAG) and focuses on improving operational efficiencies. She oversees Human Resource and Finance functions, as well as general business operations. She also provides senior account management services to key clients and works closely with the TAG team on professional development. Desiree earned her degree in Criminal Justice in 2012, with Bachelor Studies in Business Administration. She holds several certifications from advanced supervisory and management courses, as well as advanced user trainings in many software programs and operational platforms. She is passionate about training professionals and enjoys the mentorship aspect of her leadership roles.
