With over a year of experience as an office manager and chiropractic assistant at Method Health Center, LLC, I provide administrative and clinical support to a chiropractic clinic that offers percussive massage, electric stimulation, and roller table therapies to patients. I have a UV certification, a CPR/AED, and First Aid certification from the American Red Cross, as well as multiple skills in social networking, office administration, insurance verification, and retail sales. My core competencies include scheduling appointments, assisting patients with therapies, handling payments, checking insurance benefits and eligibility, filing and organizing patient paperwork, and following HIPPA guidelines. I also manage payroll, inventory, and staff scheduling, as well as help with social media marketing. My mission is to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the office, as well as a positive and professional experience for the patients and the staff.
