I am a young leader currently on active duty in the U.S. Army as a Chemical, Biological, Nuclear, and Radiological (CBRN) Officer. Soon, I will transition from the active duty component and re-enter the civilian sector with fresh perspectives, unique skillsets, and diversified experiences. As a young officer in the Army, I had been given a special opportunity to be extensively coached, mentored and developed into a bright and well-rounded leader. Equally special, I have been granted the privilege to lead dynamic American Soldiers which has provided me with critical, invaluable leadership/managerial experience. In my work experience in the civilian sector, I specialize in client relations and support. I enjoy undertaking complex situations, meet challenging sales and customer support goals and deliver superior performance. I possess practical knowledge in banking and financial markets. I apply strong critical thinking and problem solving skills to create solutions and facilitate customer retention and loyalty. Operates understanding a need for accuracy and urgency and thrives in an up-tempo setting.
