About Desiree Torres

In my current role as a Site Manager with Adecco, I get to do what I love most—support people and help businesses run smoothly. I manage day-to-day staffing operations, build strong relationships with both clients and associates, and make sure everything is aligned for success on all sides. It’s a fast-paced role, but I thrive on the challenge and the opportunity to make a real impact. Before joining Adecco, I worked at EmployBridge, where I really grew as a talent acquisition professional. I focused on finding the right people for the right roles, using creative sourcing strategies and clear communication to make the hiring process feel smooth and positive for everyone involved.Earlier in my career at Randstad USA, I sharpened my skills in interviewing, coaching, and negotiating—really learning how to connect with candidates and help them navigate big career moves. Across every role I’ve had, my goal has stayed the same: build meaningful connections and help both people and companies succeed.
