About Desiree Weber

While I've spent much of my career in project and program management, I had the unique opportunity several years ago at Wells Fargo to be part of the leading edge of agile transformation for the Education Financial Services Line of Business. I began my agile journey in the scrum master role, while also gaining knowledge and knowledge SAFe certifications for SAFE Agilest, Product Owner, Product Manager and Release Train Engineers to increase my effectiveness as a scrum master and team coach. I am passionate about working with organizations to increase value delivered, whether that's joining an existing set of scrum teams or helping design and launch a transformation program from the start. Every organization, and each and every team within an organization, is unique and my goal is to actively listen and learn, collaborating with teams to customize their approach to success. I believe wholeheartedly that agile transformation is first and foremost a cultural journey, collaborating with organizations to learn how to work together and approach problems differently, and generally make significant shifts in mindset. The process side, or chosen agile "framework," such as Scrum, Scrum of Scrums, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), while important only deliver increased value and benefit when the foundational model of collaboration and culture change occur.
