The most rewarding aspect of my job is making sure our clinicians have what they need in order to do their jobs. Nurses are some of the hardest working people I know, and my job involves getting them the PPE supplies and patient supplies as quickly as possible. As the sole Clinical Supply Coordinator for HCR, I manage delivery of medical supplies across 26 New York counties for patients, clinicians and five branch offices. I resolve patient/clinician supply issues, interact with supply vendors, procure medical supplies for patients, nurses and our company offices. I consistently save our company over $1,500 monthly with daily overview of medical supply orders. In order to become a more confident speaker, I joined Toastmasters' International where I gave prepared speeches in front of diverse audiences. I wrote and delivered over 50 original speeches and competed in speech contests. I held several leadership positions including President and Vice President of Education, and I have mentored others to become more powerful speakers.
