I'm an Associate Manager currently leading a Team of commercial finance analysts in PPD Early Development Services. My day-to-day activities include: Closely working with my Team on Contract Modifications - collaborating with operations finance, project managers and functional leads on both budgets and legal language and delivering to client within a strict time frame while maintaining the highest quality of output. Taking care of managerial responsibilities - workload management, providing feedback, coaching, performance reviews, recruiting, quality control of deliverables as well as working on side projects. I am passionate about new process development as well as improvement and optimization of existing processes. Sharing knowledge and training colleagues are part of my most enjoyable activities. I am interested in Psychology and mental health which often helps me with problem solving and working with difficult colleagues.
