About Destinee Rhoades

My name is Destinee! I'm a Deaf Studies graduate (2013) and am currently working on becoming a Utah State Certified Sign Language Interpreter. I enjoy working around those in the Deaf Community, and spreading the word about the community and what it stands for. I hope to someday be able to use these skills on a day-to-day basis in a professional setting. I've worked at various jobs since high school, anywhere from food service, to retail, but over the course of the last several years I've worked for Dish Network retailers. The companies I worked for were so flexible with my busy school schedule, and the executives in the company were wonderful people. As mentioned below, I've worked in various positions in my employment with Dish One (my current employer) and am always excited to learn new skills. I've enjoyed my time in the payroll/ commissions department and have learned so many new things since being in said department. I take great pride in my work ethic, and attention to detail. I'm never one to finish a job when it's "good enough", it's always a priority of mine to deliver the best work possible. Since I've moved through various departments in my time at Dish One, I've learned to adapt to new surroundings and new policies quickly. Doing a job the right way is a no matter what. In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my loved ones, playing video games, being outside, and being involved in community theater productions. I love reading, writing, and learning new things.
