For me - innovation exists in the synergistic moonshot endeavors that combine creativity, science, and technology. In my last 20 years, I've designed, executed, and scaled dozens of award-winning and patentend moonshots - the nearly unachievable. My favorite moonshots-Building an Analytics University - Creating personalized machine learning systems for patient cohort identification |(i.e,) 1 - Navigate4Me 2- Special Needs Initiative and 3- the Diagnostic Odyssey Program (all at United Healthcare). leading the Open Source Revolution (@ Optum). I've fostered, developed, and grown solutions and organizational capabilities from the back of napkin to millions of adopters, from cost centers to >$100M+ ROI. I am a highly technical, yet well-rounded nerd. I'm a purple person in technology. I can scan brains using 6 different neurotechnologies. I can build KNN clustering models in python. I know which technology, technique, and method to bring to the table to build projects, solutions, capabilities, program, teams, functions, and more. I have led small and large global teams in data science, engineering, architecture, community, technology, advocacy, education, and more. I consistently delight and exceed the expectations of stakeholders, customers, and teams while driving results. I've built a brand that delivers elevations, not just transformations. Last, out of the blue, we became foster parents again! I told you I love people, especially tiny ones. We are on the journey to making her our fourth official childhome. My husband and I curate a loving and magical life that focuses on our loved ones. I love building solutions that love people (shameless steal from a mentor). I don't want to build cool phones or cars (I love these - but no). I want to build the technology that saves people, amazes people, protects children, builds magical moments, or that enables better healthcare. I will craft the technologies that make for a better "techmorrow". I am a technical translator and bar-raiser. I am an effective problem solver and communicator through use of compassionate listening and discovery. I help design the vision and roadmap to get you (and your clients) to your brighter tomorrow. I help agencies build new businesses, products, and technology to serve people. I build trust with my clients and help them meet their underserved (and sometimes unknown) needs. Period.
