About Destiny Blume

With a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Louisville, I have a strong foundation in criminological theories, research methods, policy analysis, and ethical issues. I also conducted a capstone project on the impact of social media on crime prevention and detection, using quantitative and qualitative data. As a former legal assistant at Manley Deas Kochalski, LLC, I supported the litigation team in handling various foreclosure cases, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and preparing discovery responses. I communicated effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel, and managed multiple deadlines and priorities. I also gained experience as a Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant at MyPhillyLawyer. I am passionate about applying my criminal justice background and skills to the legal field, and I am open to new opportunities and challenges. I demonstrate strong interpersonal and multitasking skills, as well as attention to detail and accuracy. I value teamwork, collaboration, and learning from others.
