About Destiny Delarosa

I am an AGM at Staybridge Suites Hotels, where I provide daily support to the General Manager and assign duties to the heads of departments. I have been working in this role since February 2020, after a career change due to manufacturing limitations in the NWI region. I have over four years of experience in the hospitality industry, and over 15 years of experience in the apparel manufacturing industry. My core competencies are manufacturing production processes, purchasing, negotiation, collaboration, creativity, travel, and project base focus. Supplier Evaluation, Manufacturing Operations Management, and Supply Chain Procurement. I have saved the hotel 10% quarterly on stocked items and perishables, increased workflow efficiency by 30%, and resolved or assisted guest complaints and service recovery process. I have also partnered with a Vietnam factory to import apparel for the US market, designed casual lifestyle clothing, and traveled extensively to multiple countries to understand global process, placement, and costing capabilities. My mission is to use my skills and background to grow and thrive in a corporate position where I can contribute to the success of the organization and the satisfaction of the customers.
