Highly motivated and experienced social service professional that has had the opportunity to work with populations that have ranged from those with severe persistent mental illness, developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, substance abuse addiction, domestically violent, homelessness, troubled youth and the elderly. The 18+ years of working experience has allowed me to build and maintain skills of advocacy, rehabilitative supports, and implementation of person centered plans, meeting short term needs, implementing preventative services, counseling and consultation, clinical supervision and maintaining positive working relationships with families and community resources through preventative and intervention support models.
