About Destiny King

Hi there! I'm Destiny, an experienced writer with a genuine love for crafting captivating stories. Throughout my career in the publishing industry, I've had the privilege of working on various projects that have honed my skills in communication, WordPress, and journalism—and taught me some really interesting things about a variety of niche industries. What sets me apart is my ability to bring a hospitable personal touch to digital content management. I thrive on creating engaging and impactful content that resonates with audiences while complying with AP style. From developing effective content strategies to ensuring seamless distribution, I take pride in delivering results that meet and exceed organizational goals. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Nonfiction from the University of Pittsburgh, where I gained invaluable writing and critical thinking skills. This educational foundation has shaped my approach to digital media and equipped me to thrive in today's fast-paced landscape. Collaboration is at the heart of my work. By fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, I ensure that content initiatives align seamlessly with broader organizational strategies. Together, we create content calendars, communicate effectively, and consistently deliver top-notch content that captivates audiences. Beyond my technical expertise, storytelling and research are my passion. For several years I have been running a horror blog, What Sleeps Beneath, with some friends who love nothing more than to create narratives that connect people with the genre. If you're searching for a friendly, skilled, and dedicated digital content manager and aspiring writer who can deliver exceptional results, I'd love to connect with you.
