I have over three years of experience in this role, and I am proficient in Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and CMS On Exchange Error reports. I am also responsible for researching and resolving HICs (Health Insurance Casework) cases, driving solutions of production issues based on in-depth understanding of CMS regulatory guidelines as it pertains to the Affordable Care Act, and serving as a liaison with field associates and management regarding client claims and processes.
