About Destiny Pipito

As a HR/Benefits Analyst at Tuckahoe Holdings, I handle the day to day Benefits Administration for each of our companies. I manage Tuckahoe's recruitment efforts, and partner with our insurance brokers/carriers to meet the needs of our employees. I also manage and direct wellness initiatives, the annual open enrollment process, and provide customer support to our operating companies. I have successfully processed multi-state payroll deduction audits, and assessed benefit needs at the corporate and OpCo level, among several other duties as assigned. I am a dedicated HR professional with a Bachelor's of Business Administration from Old Dominion University, where I focused on Human Capital Management, Psychology, and Business Analytics. I am also certified as a SHRM-CP and a PHR®. I have a strong passion for optimizing the employer/employee relationship in the HR field. My goals are to pursue a career in Benefits Management and to find solutions based on data, I/O Psychology principles, and best practices in the industry to improve the overall workplace performance.
