About Destiny Randall

I come from a conceptual artistic background with experience in fine art, live production and broadcast, administration and management, and audio/video editing looking for a company where creativity is a trademark of the work being done. I have an aptitude for learning new skills quickly and executing tasks in an efficient manner. I adapt well to a variety of different environments, and apply creative thinking to every project I am a part of. I am meticulous about planning and details, and work well under pressure. Some attributes of my character are that I am loyal, trustworthy, diligent and respectful. I work well individually and in a team. Some examples of my work experience are in live production and management. I have experience in customer relations and financial management at Michael’s and as an assistant for my university’s art department. I managed various large and small-scale school plays, dances and musicals. I often ran the FOH audio booth for the entire production, or was backstage acting as liaison between the producers, audio, lights and others to produce a cohesive and organized show. I also worked as Video Director and Audio Operator for FOH and for the band at a church with a large online presence. As Video Director, I would work directly with the Technical Director and Production Director, as well as with the Camera Operators, directing and choosing creative shots for live broadcast. As an intermediate-level Russian speaker, I have experience in communicating and some translating with native speakers, and plan to continue learning and growing in the language. I also plan on learning the Ukrainian language as well, and possibly other Eastern European languages, as I have an interest in the region.
