About Desty Lara

Having worked in a variety of HR positions for more than eight years, I am an enthusiastic and motivated leader who aims to make the workplace a happy and productive place for all workers. I presently oversee the strategic planning and execution of HR policies and initiatives that are in line with the organization's vision, mission, and values as the head of the Human Capital Department at Mayapada Hospital, one of the top healthcare providers in Indonesia. In my capacity as Head of Human Capital, I have effectively spearheaded the evolution and transformation of the human capital function, which includes integrating HR systems, optimizing pay and benefits, improving employee engagement and retention, and fostering an environment of excellence and learning. I have also made use of my solid foundation.
