Trust and Foundations Manager at Dementia Adventure. I play the guitar in and manage 8 piece ska/reggae/rap/funk/cumbia band Maroon Town of which I have been a part of since its inception in 1987. We are represented by music agency Frusion, a European music agency. We released our sixth studio album 'Freedom Call' in May 2018 on Brixton Records and are continually performing our exuberant and massively upbeat set throughout the UK and in Europe. Up to 2017 as a co-founder and latterly its Strategic Director I played a key role in the running and ongoing development and regional expansion of Communities Empowerment Network, the countries number one advocacy charity for parents whose children have come up against the sharp end of the education system and found themselves permanently excluded from mainstream school. As well as managing Maroon Town, recording and playing live shows I will also put on reggae and ska music workshops in schools in the UK and abroad as well as giving talks and seminars on subjects as diverse as music management, personal development and restorative justice.
