Manager – Solution and Network Feasibility at Bharti Airtel Ltd (Global Data Business) from Aug 2011 till date. • ‘Account management – Customer Interaction’ Handling data products like IPLC, NLD, Local Loop and MPLS for International telecom carriers like At & t, BT, Telstra, SingTel & Pacnet. Handling commercials along with the product P&L statements. Working with BSG team for tailor-made solutions for wholesale data products. Strategic planning & implementation, carrier revenues and new business. Proposing new service offers and new telecom technologies wireline, wireless & MPLS Utilizing client feedback to develop marketing intelligence for generating increase revenue growth. Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BoQ), Technical Solution Description (TSD). Prepare bid responses for bids based on Optical & Microwave products and technologies. Develop technical presentations, proposals, & prepare customer presentations Experience in operation & maintenance domain for telecom operators. Providing expertise for customer solutions on pre-sales activities including bid responses and customer presentations. Analyze customer bid documents (RFP) to identify the needs of products and solution. Provide regional sales teams with the best bid proposal according to official product documentation. Hands on experience on tools like Sales Force, OSC, CPQ which are used here in Infosys for pricing analysis. Applying discounts and maintaining margins in sale of products as per my assigned delegation. Escalating the opportunity which is not in my delegation to commercial head for further approvals on discounts and margin in a proper case summary format.
