I later transitioned to talent management, where I worked as an Artist Manager at Pearl Talent Management and as a Deputy Talent Head at Go Celeb. My role involved managing the careers of various artists and ensuring their success in the industry. I developed strong organizational and managerial skills during this time, along with the ability to lead teams effectively. My passion for the entertainment industry led me to pursue a PGD in Event Management from NIEM - The Institute of Event Management. I also hold a Company Secretary Foundation level certification from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a B.Com from K.J Somaiya Institute of Management, University of Mumbai. In addition to my professional experience and education, I possess excellent digital and linguistic skills. I am fluent in English, Gujarati, Hindi, and Marathi, and I am certified in Microsoft Applications and MS-CIT. I also have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and negotiating skills.
