About Dev Tanwani

As a software engineer at Synpulse, I work on developing and maintaining web applications for clients in the banking and insurance sectors. I use my skills in data analytics, SQL, and PL/SQL to create and optimize databases, queries, and reports. I also collaborate with other engineers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the client's needs and expectations. I have been working at Synpulse for 1.5+ years, and I enjoy the challenge and learning opportunities that come with each project. Before joining Synpulse, I was a web development intern at The Sparks Foundation, where I designed and developed a responsive website for a social welfare initiative. I used HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap to create a user-friendly and interactive interface that showcased the mission, vision, and activities of the foundation. I also implemented features such as donation forms, feedback forms, and social media integration. I was part of a team of interns who worked remotely and communicated regularly through online platforms. I gained valuable experience in web development, team work, and problem-solving. I graduated from Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology in May 2022. During my studies, I was also the placement co-ordinator at the Training and Placement Cell, where I helped organize and conduct campus recruitment drives for various companies. I was responsible for liaising with the recruiters, preparing the students, and facilitating the interviews and tests. I learned how to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and handle pressure. I am passionate about web development and data analytics, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and tools that can enhance my skills and performance. I am also a team player who values collaboration, feedback, and diversity. I aspire to become a senior software engineer who can lead and mentor others, and contribute to the growth and innovation of the industry.
