Associate (Amsterdam, NL) with 11 years of progressive consulting experience across four global firms—rising to Partner—with a proven track record in shaping enterprise IT strategies, leading technology go-to-market (GTM), and delivering complex technology programs at scale. At Bank SMBC Indonesia (Bank BTPN), I led the inception and development of JENIUS—ASEAN’s first fully branchless digital bank. I scaled Agile squads from 0 to 400+, achieved regulatory licensing success, and engineered technology operations to deliver scalable innovation with compliance. At NOOSC Security Global, I restructured managed IT and cybersecurity services, doubling revenues through service innovation and managed security expansion. At XL Axiata, I partnered with the Board to implement enterprise-wide Cybersecurity Governance and ERM, slashing fraud losses from over 10% to near zero while lifting revenue. I also co-led the development of the world’s first Converged Billing System, integrating voice, data, and digital services—modernizing XL’s operational backbone and setting a global telecom benchmark.
