As the Marketing Director at Berlin Patten Ebling, I lead firmwide marketing, branding, and business development strategy across multiple practice areas, including real estate, estate planning, family law, and litigation. With nearly 15 years of experience, I’ve overseen a complete brand and website overhaul, implemented a full-firm CRM transformation in HubSpot (including custom pipelines, automation, and reporting), helped increase our lead generation by 100%, and elevating email open rates from 10% to 50%. I bring a practical, tech-savvy approach to marketing by leveraging tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, and SEMrush to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and enhance engagement with clients and referral partners. My foundation in event management has enabled me to successfully plan and execute events of all scales, from corporate gatherings of 500+ guests to community expos with attendees. Beyond the day-to-day, I serve on the Legal Marketing Association Tampa Regional Board and am an alum and committee member of the Sarasota Leadership Program. I’ve been honored to co-chair the Girls Inc. Annual Celebration, speak at community events, and be featured in Sarasota Magazine. I'm passionate about building intentional brand experiences, aligning marketing with measurable growth, and elevating firm culture.
