I am a commercially aware and financially astute manager who has a successful track record of delivering results by engaging in every aspect of the production process of both Manufacturing and Packaging Plant. I have the knowledge, skill, and ability to coordinate production activities including production planning & control, capacity planning and manpower planning so that they exceed set targets. I have spent a large share of my personal ventures in handling Statutory & Legal Compliance of Plant. Associated with Goodricke Group Limited as Manager of the Garden. I bring with me over 24 years of experience in handling Operations & Maintenance of Plant including Captive Sets & other utilities. Adept at utilizing various resources and ensuring compliance of Food Safety norms at plant. As a qualified professional, I have created a niche for myself in this field. I have the talent to manage technically advanced cost-efficient, state of the art production systems and processes. Highly appreciated for bringing “Dejoo MARK” within TOP 20 position in All Assam Orthodox Tea Batting order for three years consecutively (from 2003 to 2005) at Goodricke Group Ltd. Demonstrated ability to lower the Coal Ratio (Consumption) from 1.03 to 0.78 in the factory at Goodricke Group Ltd. Recorded increased Capacity Utilization of Plant & Machinery at Group Factory. Applauded by the top management for increasing Production and Operational efficiency at Leesh River Tea Factory. Passion, focus, intensity, steadfastness, curiosity, impatience (when necessary) and being fiercely loyal are all characteristic that have enabled me to achieve success inside and outside the office.
