About Devakee Rahalkar

My Career 1.0 was a 12-year journey in consulting as a technology and operations consultant with Deloitte US-India. My work involved building capabilities within Deloitte USI's real-estate tech consulting team, building and leading a team of 80+ practitioners from ground up. On client service, I would help my clients to better manage their corporate real estate footprint through tech-strategy evolutions and technology adoptions. During my last year with Deloitte, I worked on an internal flagship initiative aimed at rapid development of critical technology capabilities within Deloitte's workforce. My clients include some of world’s largest big box retailers, restaurant chains, healthcare and financial services providers, across US, China, UK, Japan, Singapore, India and ANZ markets. My experience in leading large-scale transformations and managing dynamic cross-functional teams across locations is helpful in planning for my career 2.0. I am now re-purposing my experience and learnings from career 1.0 to build India's future workforce with The Innovation Story - I am extremely excited about this transition into my career 2.0 and have been interacting with some absolutely brilliant minds, witnessing incredible inspirational stories.
