About Devanarayanan Munnoolam

With a diverse background spanning research, education and strategic growth, I excel at the intersection of project management, stakeholder collaboration and impactful storytelling. As an Experience Manager at Anant National University, I drive strategic initiatives that enhance institutional growth, oversee diversity and inclusion efforts and support key academic functions. Leading Anant’s Diversity and Inclusion Report (2024-25) has been a highlight, capturing the inspiring stories of students, faculty and staff who champion equity and innovation. Previously, my research experience included working in molecular biology, cancer research, and ecology across esteemed institutions like IIT Delhi, Ashoka University and Bharat Biotech. My work has spanned multiple disciplines, from studying thrombopoietin receptor dynamics in leukaemia research to investigating adaptive foraging in honeybee colonies. Beyond research, I have experience in education, having worked as a substitute teacher, reinforcing my passion for fostering knowledge-sharing environments. My skill set includes project management, stakeholder engagement, research analysis, and strategic planning, and I am always eager to contribute to meaningful projects that drive impact and innovation.
