As the Operations Manager at FMI, my primary responsibility is to enhance operational efficiency by devising streamlined processes and facilitating the implementation of FMI's strategies. Joining the FMI team during the transition to virtual exams has afforded me a hands-on opportunity to analyze, organize, and validate the virtual exam environment, ensuring a seamless experience for both current and future candidates. In 2019, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Knowledge Integration from the University of Waterloo, complemented by double minors in Management Science and Cognitive Science, along with a Collaborative Design Specialization. My academic journey has equipped me with a profound understanding of human behavior and expertise in user experience design, particularly in the realms of business and education. These skills seamlessly translate into my role at FMI, allowing me to contribute meaningfully to the organization's operational success.
