I have over two years of experience in fraud investigations, having previously worked as a Technical Support Consultant at Rogers Communications, a Canadian telecom giant. I leverage my skills in investigation, banking, problem solving, and customer service to detect, analyze, and resolve fraud cases, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
