About Devang Kapadia

My work experience includes managing third parties and leading SaaS implementation / digital transformation initiatives across multiple industries like oil and gas, automotive, chemicals, water, food/agriculture to name a few. Adept in conceptualizing and implementing transformation strategies with thoughtful project planning and people leadership. I am currently working on our SaaS solution implementation and work process transformation for a Dutch multinational lighting company. My responsibilities include sharing best practice processes, building & customization of technology, infuse industry leading digital solutions and building change management strategy for technology deployment in the client's organisation. I am also responsible for a global supplier enablement team who helps integrate our system with suppliers for seamless document exchange and product visibility (catalogs). Additionally, I manage our global support team who help users through issues that arise throughout their steady state usage of our procurement and supply chain software.
