PROJECT CONDUCTED-Project designed to study the effect of various condition of radiation, thermal and freezing required for the inactivation of pathogenic organisms such as E.coli and S.enteritidis in liquid egg white. •Project designed to study β – Galactosidase enzyme produced by isolated lactobacillus species from milk and yogurt.
