Throughout my career, I promoted the safety of the patients and timely identification of the adverse events, reported SAEs, and follow up calls with subject to inquire about their health status. My skills and education help me driving subject retention and adopting subject-centered communication approach. Focused to retrieve cleanest data, honest compliance with protocols and subject safety to avoid wastage of quality research time and valuable negotiated budget with proper teamwork.
