As a seasoned leader in Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) and Process Safety Management (PSM), I bring over 25+ years of specialized experience, particularly in the petrochemical, fertilizer, and heavy oil industries. Certified as a Functional Safety Professional, I have a proven track record of integrating safety standards with operational excellence across these critical sectors. My career is defined by a robust command over key safety standards such as ISA-61511, CSA B149, NFPA, OH & S, and PIP. I have spearheaded engineering initiatives that have, demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of the entire SIS lifecycle and all 14 elements of PSM. My hands-on project experience spans initiating and leading large-scale, complex projects from conception to full-scale implementation, aligning strategic objectives with advanced technical capabilities. Over the years, I have excelled in orchestrating project management endeavorsfor greenfield and brownfield scopes leading the discipline at leading EPC companies. While representing clients, I have experience utilizing the Stage-Gate model to ensure seamless project progression and superior outcomes.
