Of all the many things I do well, my greatest skill is in being a Problem Solver not a Problem Dodger. There was a great deal of responsibility placed in my hands while I was a Sergeant in the Army. I managed highly sensitive equipment up to $25 million, resulting in zero loss over a 2-year period. Also, I was awarded high honors for the completion of Basic Leaders Development Course. I quickly realized my strengths and used them to help improve the Organization. I realized that I was great at creating templates and filing systems that helped daily operations flow more smoothly for everyone involved. In addition, I enjoyed mentoring new soldiers and sharing valuable feedback to help improve their performance. While on Active Duty I earned my Masters’s Degree from The University of Oklahoma and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 3.90 GPA. I am now pursuing a career in Human Resources.
