I am a Master of Science student in Engineering/Industrial Management at San Jose State University, where I am learning how to apply advanced analytical and managerial skills to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve quality in various industries. I am also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, with a strong foundation in SQL and Agile Project Management. Currently, I am working as a Supply Chain Analyst at Dukaan, a leading online platform for small businesses and entrepreneurs. In this role, I am responsible for analyzing and improving the supply chain performance, using data-driven methods and tools. I have contributed to the development and implementation of several initiatives, such as reducing inventory holding costs, increasing order fulfillment rates, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Previously, I gained valuable experience as an Project Manager at Balaji Plastic Products, where I applied Lean Six Sigma principles and techniques to streamline the production processes and eliminate waste. I also completed a six-month internship at Gentex Seeds, where I supported the operations team in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects related to seed quality, distribution, and logistics. I am passionate about solving real-world problems and creating value for organizations and society, using my skills in SQL, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile Project Management. I am eager to learn from and collaborate with experienced professionals in the field of engineering and industrial management, and to explore new opportunities and challenges in this domain.
