As the founder and CEO of Norche Luxury, I’m here to create more than just second homes. Every villa we build reflects a philosophy, one rooted in Nordic Brutalism and Mies van der Rohe’s open-plan freedom. At Norche, aesthetics aren’t for show, they’re woven into the structure, from raw stone walls to expansive layouts that embody precision and restraint. We offer property and rental management because luxury isn’t just about owning, it’s about control.I started in the luxury real estate market of Los Angeles nearly Two Decades ago, mastering procurement, construction, and high-ticket sales. I brought that knowledge back to India, where I took over as Director of Sales and Marketing in my family’s Three Generation old, Steel Manufacturing business, steering it into new growth. Along the way, I built ventures across restaurants, FMCG products, and hospitality, each sharpening my instincts and refining my approach to business.Norche is where these experiences converge, an uncompromising brand built on elegance and exclusivity. We currently have 5cr - 15cr ticket sizes with a total of 72 Villas over various Projects. These homes are fully customizable, there are no limits, only possibilities.Leadership, to me, is not about noise, it’s about delivering results. I lead Norche with a focus on precision, not promises. My goal is simple, close deals, grow sales, and build a brand that leaves no room for second place.
