I am a HR & Recruitment Intern at Randstad, where I collaborate with the HR team to source, screen, and recruit candidates for field services positions. I conduct insightful interviews and assessments, assist in drafting and posting job advertisements, and facilitate effective communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle. I am also a student at Humber College, pursuing a Post-Graduate Certificate in Global Business Management, where I learn about various aspects of business administration and management. In addition, As a Security Officer at Commissionaires Great Lakes and Securitas Group, I ensure the safety and security of the premises and personnel by patrolling, monitoring, and responding to various situations. I also handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism, and act as the primary contact for the client and the Regional Manager. I am an independent and progressive thinker with over a year of experience in the accounting field and the HR field. I have developed skills such as multi-tasking, attention to detail, and working in a team. I also have good communication skills and resilience, which help me to adapt to different environments and challenges. I am always eager to learn new things and expand my knowledge and network.
