I’m a recent graduate with an Advanced Diploma in Business – Finance and currently preparing for the Investments Funds in Canada exam, with plans to write it soon. This is part of my journey to deepen my knowledge of mutual funds, investment products, and financial services. I began my professional journey working at Pizza Pizza, where I started as a cook while studying and gradually took on more responsibility as a supervisor. This experience helped me develop strong leadership, teamwork, and customer service skills—qualities I continue to bring into my career in financial services. As part of my college co-op program, I was placed at IG Wealth Management (Chatham), where I gained hands-on experience with financial planning software (RazorPlan), client service, and the daily operations of a professional advisory office. This experience sparked a strong interest in helping individuals make informed financial decisions and grow their financial confidence. I'm motivated to continue building my career in banking or financial services, with a focus on roles that involve client interaction, problem-solving, and continuous learning. I enjoy working in dynamic, service-oriented environments where I can contribute meaningfully and grow alongside a strong team.
