Serving as Legal Consultant in the Cyberlaw Division, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY). At MeitY, I handle litigation and policy matters relating to the IT Act, IT (Intermediaries Guidelines & Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, blocking, and intermediary regulations. Previously assisted the former Chairperson of the Competition Commission of India (CCI) in matters of Competition/Antitrust Law, Merger Control, Data Protection, and Cyber Law.
