As Senior Associate at State Street, I oversee global time and attendance system on Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance for businesses across America, Europe, and APAC. I have contributed significantly to the successful implementation of Workday HCM, leading user acceptance testing, cross-departmental collaboration, and business alignment. I also generate reports for business as usual and payroll activities, using data management tools such as SharePoint and Excel, and offer insights into employee time management. With over two years of experience in end-to-end payroll operations, I have managed various aspects of UK payroll, from data input to month-end reporting. I have resolved complex payroll-related issues and provided comprehensive solutions, while maintaining frequent and effective communication with clients. I have also supported the implementation team for seamless integration of payroll systems. I am currently pursuing a master's degree in business from IGNOU, after completing a bachelor's degree in commerce from IIMC.
