He played Customer Success roles delivering to the Customer Value, managing the Needs, maintaining relationship at various management levels for Global Companies including Fortune 500 companies across Energy (Oil & Gas), Manufacturing, Retail, Communications, Consumer Goods and Manufacturing Industries Currently engaged as Program Manager at Tech Mahindra conceptualizing/developing Delivery Strategies for Business Intelligence and Data Engineering, Assess Technology Leadership for both internal and external organizations, create collaborative organization driven by the internal and customer goals, establish process, tools and practices, monitoring and course correct Delivery Process and Operations He has good expertise in Transformation Led Delivery, Program Management, Consulting, Digital Transformation, Customer Management and Account Management.
