Current research-Batteries (Al ion, Li-on, Mg-ion and Na-ion), high density cathode materials and high capacity anode materials -Supercapacitors (mesoporous materials and graphene)- PhD in Environmental Studies (Materials for Environment (Luminescent and Catalyst); 45+ peer- reviewed journal articles (most of them as corresponding author); Few patents issued and filed 44+ national and international presentations - 10+ years experience in the development of advanced materials for various applications, such as photo luminescent materials, energy storage/conversion, catalysis, inorganic crystals- Strong knowledge and experience in nanostructured materials for energy harvesting applications -Strong experience on size and morphology controlled synthesis by solution process (Hydro/Solvothermal, Supercritical fluid process and Sol-gel method- Hands-on experience with Lithium ion batteries, Super-Capacitors, Catalyst, Inorganic luminescence materials and organic cathodes - Specialties: Cathode materials (layered oxides, lithium metal phosphates, lithium metal silicates and lithium metal flurophosphates, lithium metal borates and spinel oxides), carbon coating- Materials characterization (SEM/TEM/EDS, XRD, FT-IR, Raman, BET, thermal analysis, gas sorption, UV, zeta potential, etc); Electrochemistry (CV, impedance, galvanic charge-discharge)- Project management; Design of experiment; Data analysis, Data Report, Presentation, Meetings, Seminars.
